Redang Island, Terenganu 28-31 ogos 2015

Here we go!

My husband and I went to Redang Island at the end of August 2015. Wow, it is so beautiful ocean. I took package from Redang Reef Island which is 398/pax (exclude GST), after GST about 4++/pax. This package for twin room, 3 days, 2 night. Very good for location, because it quite private for budget traveller like me. But for food, halal, but wonder either it is muslim chef or not.(disappointed)

After 3 days at Redang Island, we stayed for one night at Kuala Terengganu town. We went to Pasar Payang, Masjid Kristal and Taman Tamadun Islam. Pasar Payang suitable for those who like shopping, Masjid Kristal is so wonderful and Taman Tamadun Islam is very best for the first visitor like me. Ticket price is RM 21.20/pax, because it is hot, we take the tram like a train RM 5.6/pax. After that we going back to the hotel for packing up and go back to Selangor. We stop at Kg Losong to buy keropok lekor. Then, overall i give 4.5 star trip to Terengganu.

How we getting there,
1) Redang Island: by taking a ferry at Jetty Shahbandar (just near Pasar Payang, Bazar warisan, jeti bot penambang), take about 1 hour 40 minutes. (RM 55/adult/one way) but us include in package.
2) Pasar Payang: by walking from my budget hotel (DJ CitiPoint).
3) Kristal/TTI/Kg Losong: by taxi costing RM15/way (Pakcik Idris Teksi - 013-9677241)
4) Airport : by taxi costing RM30/way

Langkawi Island, Kedah 10-13 January 2015

Here we go...
Went to Langkawi through air transfers, AirAsia. Depart on Saturday night. When arrived at airport, just take taxi to Malibest Resort. Then, just relax n sleep. On Sunday, just relax while waiting my mum, sister and younger brother arrived. They are taking land transfer meaning take a ferry from Kuala Perlis jetty and arrive at Kuah jetty. just take about 45 minutes from Kuala Perlis jetty. RM 18 per person. Rumah Pertama Taman Desa Cinta Sayang

Assalamualaikum...

House hunter -basic needs

Kelmarin 30 november 2014 (Ahad)... p tengok tapak projek rumah Taman Desa Cinta Sayang, Sg Karangan, Kulim, Kedah. Harga rumah 95k, Single storey (Medium cost)... ok la, beli rumah ikut kemampuan, lepas tu direct p Wisma Keladi. Sg Petani, untuk bayar booking, tapi staf tanya loan macam mana, lulus ka...jawab la lulus KOT, jawapan tak pasti sbb call tanya agen Bank Public Kulim ja, kalau Public Bank Kepala Batas, Keladi kata boleh dapat confirmation terus...jadi dia kata takpa la, lani pihak kami reserve PLOT rumah kita pilih tu dan kami bagi tempoh sampai Khamis(4 December 2014) untuk dapatkan jawapan pasti lulus loan banyak mana. Kemudian, kalau nak proceed, boleh terus p bayar booking fee RM 2000....jadi, hari ni, Isnin dah submit semua dokumen pada Miss Stacy Public Bank Kepala Batas, PP, by emel dan tunggu jawapan dari bank lulus tak 90 %

Jadi 4 Disember 2014 (Khamis) petang dapat jawapan hanya layak 80%....buntu aku memikirkannya...balik rumah, fikir punya fikir..how to solve all of this....esok tu Jumaat, pagi, sy call Cimb Kepala Batas, to check whether i can get 90% or not, dia check randomly, key in, key in, dia kata ok, takda masalah pa, boley 90%, ...tapi dia kata tunggu masuk sistem lu, baru p bayaq booking....then aku cakap 'tapi keladi bagi tempoh reserve sampai ahad ja'...kemudian dalam masa yang sama, aku submit semua dokumen by emel kat dia...rasa cam pasrah ja time tu sambil2 dok whatssapp bank Public Penang..

Tiba-tiba petang Jumaat tu jugak, En Kamaruzaman Cimb K.Batas call bagitahu,,,semua takda masalah pa..dan siap tanya bila boleh p bayaq booking..dia kata lagi 'lepas p bayar booking, suruh keladi fax kat dia',...syukur...happy dengar....jadi 7 Disember (Ahad), i ask my brother to bayar booking...and Isnin, I mesej banker Cimb tanya,  ada keladi fax apa apa tak...dia jawab ada..dia hantar 8 Disember(Isnin) tu jugak gi approval....esok tu 9 disember(Selasa) dia mintak IC & kwsp husband and my latest bank statement...aku send by emel tengahari gitu all dokumen, sebab baru balik dari interview kat Putrajaya.

Then, dia cakap...Khamis or Jumaat boleh tau....and semalam (Khamis), dia call petang camtu...dia cakap...lulus 90%....alhamdulillah..syukur sangat...dan dalam masa yang sama (jawapan dari Public dulu) Public bank penang bagitau approve just 85%...still not achieve what i want..but syukur Allah makbulkan doaku agar lulus 90%.....then deal dgn Cimb tu 26/12/2014 (Jumaat), I go back to Kedah and sign all loan agreement n offer letter...(sebab kerja kat selangor). Semoga dipermudahkan urusanku..amin...

Start bulan Mac 2015 i have to pay installment('profit' bahasa mudah 'bunga')even tak duduk lagi. Due 1 april.

Nak keluar KWSP, proses 2-3 hari ja kot dah masuk dalam bank sendiri,

Dokumen, kena ada SNP agreement and loan agreement dulu, baru boleh gi keluar KWSP.
